Dear Mr. Matrone,

This letter is to bring to your attention some exceptional customer service offered by one of your employees, Tami Reis.

During the past week, Tami worked with Mike Cirillo to help us navigate a less-than-normal process to obtain auto insurance coverage involving three states and two cars. Her expertise in the subject allowed the policies involved to be completed in an expeditious manner that minimized processing time and coverage costs for both parties involved.

While I appreciate the goal of all employers to create an environment that provides solid customer service, too often feedback is only critical or dismissive. I wanted to recognize Tami for her subject knowledge, efficiency and professionalism. She has demonstrated the essence of focused customer service.
