As with most industries the Insurance Business is always evolving and our staff is challenged to keep up with all these issues.
"Insurance" involves such a huge spectrum of coverage; Personal, Business, Life & Heath , Financial products etc. As an Independent Agency representing multiple companies (to give our customers the best options) the challenges also include keeping up with each Company’s unique Insurance products.
This can only be done with management support and a staff whose career in insurance includes a commitment to continuing education in order to provide excellent Customer Service. Continuing Education takes a sacrifice of business and personal time but the rewards are a more professional and dedicated staff. Our entire staff participates on a year round basis in working toward obtaining Insurance knowledge and Professional Designations.
The latest two JAI staff members who received new designations are Michael Cirillo, CIC (Certified Insurance Counselor) and Shelley Garcia, ACSR (Accredited Customer Service Representative).
